Appliance Sale
I cancelled the sale and they refused to give me a credit. The store manager was rude and unresponsive. I had to call citibank and it took them 2 months to get the credit from howards. Before this I had purchased several major appliances and tv sets over a 15 year period from them. Their service was always great and so was there prices. Apparently the problem was the store manager who was very unprofessional. I will probabably go back to them in the future as they really have good prices and selection and service but I will take precautions not get involved with that jerk store manager.

Howard's Appliance has competitive prices and I got a better price then at other retail stores. I bought multiple appliances from Howard's Appliance and I would use them again in the future.

Appliance Sale
The job was very nicely done. They made sure that there was not anything damaged and they were extremely careful and I have been very happy with their work. They replaced everything on top of ceramic tile without breaking a single piece of the tile.

I HAD A GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. HE WAS ON TIME ALL OF THE TIME, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK WAS GREAT, AND I STILL LOVE WHAT HE HAS DONE TO OUR HOUSE.
