She was very professional. She was great except for her price. She seemed very nice.

They come twice a month I like them, they are quite thorough. They move furniture and vacuum under cushions and all of that. The one thing I don't like is that they don't have an exact time, I have a day but I never know until the evening before exactly when they are going to come. I think the price is very fair.
