I've had good service because I deal with people who are good and I keep going back. My car is 14 years old. They keep me up to date when I'm suppose to come in and have my car service. They have very good customer skills. They're punctual and I always made my appointment so I don't know how it is if it is driving but if I made an appointment they're always on time on that. I have one person that works for my car so they know my car, they know me and I deal with one mechanic. I always build up a rapport with one person so if I bring my car they know my car, they know how I drive, they know who I am and I know who they are.

We had agreed on a price of $100. for the programming of three remotes. All the remotes were factory new and purchase from another dealership. After looking at the programming steps, I decided to pay someone with more experience to do the job. I also needed to have my oil changed. Because it was my first time using the dealership, the service manager said the oil change, normally $30, would be free. I thanked him and told him I would do some work and wait for the car at the dealership. About 1 hour later, he came out and told me the programming was not going well with one remote. It would have to be reset to factory condition and reprogrammed from scratch. This would cost me, incidentally, $30. I reluctantly agreed to the price increase. Two minutes, after he left, I went to check on the truck and it was already having its oil changed. I didn't bother to complain because I had already decided not to use them again.
I received a call from a customer satisfaction rep a few days after my visit. She asked me if I was satisfied with my service visit. I told her I was not and the story above. She said she would investigate and call me back the next day. I missed her call the next day, but I called her back an hour after she had called me. I was told she had gone home sick for the day. I left a message on her voice mail asking her to call me back, and if she missed me, to leave her investigative findings on my voice mail. Instead the next day I received another message from her asking me to call her back tomorrow. Reluctantly, figuring I had wasted enough time on this dealership, I called the next day. I was told she was off. I left a message telling her not to bother calling me again.

The service representative whom I saw first was pleasant and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and how much it cost. I'm guessing about the cost because I can't find the paperwork. He asked if I wanted a loaner car and I was given a recent Toyota for the day at no charge. They called when the work was done and I had to wait maybe 20 minutes when I got there to check in the loaner and wait for my car to be washed. I will go there again.

They sought out the warranty company and dealt with the reimbursement for the required repair. They always exceed my expectations for customer service. For any repairs over $100, they provide a loaner vehicle. They also have a courtesy shuttle for minor repairs and maintenance. It makes things much easier. They are even open on Sundays as well! Oscar Reyes is one of the managers in the service department and he always provides the highest level of customer service. They are so fantastic.

Friendly, professional, and fast. Great loaner car program if you need to leave your car longer. I bought a used Toyota elsewhere, but I always take it to Hooman for scheduled maint. Great Web presence, too. Email reminders and online scheduling.

AMAZING

I bought my sienna xle from this dealer over 2 years ago and never used them for the toyota free servicing for the first two years. When I bought the car they stated they have a vip program that provdes for free oil changes, one set of free tires and other things. Being skeptical of dealers offering free services I expected some sort of attempt at an upsell when I took my car in for the first free oil change through the vip program. To my pleasant surprise they made no attempt to sell me on other services or products. They quoted me a pickup time and it was ready when they promised. The total cost for my oil change was $0. I will definitely return for my next servicing.

It was a pretty good experience. It was expensive as I ended up needing some extra work. They do a good job, I can't complain about anything. They do give you a loaner car.

They are good, friendly and quick. They did what they needed to do. I have never had any problems with them. They are professional and are good quality.
