Matt at Hive Pro was very helpful. I hired a company called "The Bee Team" and Ace failed to remove all the bees in the wall. Hive Pro corrected his mistakes. Kyle was on time, professional beyond his years, and performed the wall "cut out" as well as patching. I regret not finding them first. It was horrible to have to pay a second company, but Matt worked with me a little since bee numbers had been reduced.

It was removed to be relocated, quickly and efficiently. Great work!

Matt responded fast. Also under another name called Burbank Bee Removal Specialist . This is whom I called and found out that the name is also under Hive Pro. It went great. They responded quickly the same day. Matt even called to let me know that the technician would be arriving sooner than he stated prior. That was great news. Kyle the technician arrived and he donned his protective suit and went to work right away sucking/or you could say vacuuming up the hive. Then sprayed after. Took maybe an hour . A very professional company that keeps the same quote they told me over the phone. They take credit cards - Extra nice.

Matt came out on Sunday to do this job. He came at the time promised and even called before arriving. He was polite and professional. Did the work and the yellow jackets are gone.

I had a bee colony inside the house wall and had a couple of wasp nests. Matt at Hive Pro was very quick to send a technician out for a quick estimate, did not try to nickle and dime me, and did the job promptly and cleanly without much hassle. I am definitely going back to this company should I have a similar problem again with my other properties. He backs his work with a 2-year warranty which is longer than other companies' 6-month warranty.

It was a positive experience.

We called in the morning to Hive Pro Bee Removal with a real wasps nest! They were very courteous on the phone and promised to have someone at out house by end of day. And sure enough about 4PM a bee technician was at our front door. He recognized the problem immediately. First he and my husband did a search of the property to make sure there were no other nests. Then with in 30 minutes he removed the nest, cleaned up the area, and sprayed the nest location to make sure wasps would not return. On paying the bill be said they have a guarantee and left his information. This was a very good experience.

We chose Hive Pro because of their online reviews on other sites, so I wanted to add one to Angie's List. We're very pleased with them. They were thorough, explained what they needed to do, were polite, professional, and very reasonably priced. They never tried to up-sell us, like some other companies have in the past. And the price we were quoted was firm so there were no surprises about cost once they were finished. They also gave us a warranty if we have any further bee problems and even took some before and after photos for us while they were on the roof. Afterwards, they cleaned up, leaving no messes behind. I put Hive Pro's info in our home-improvement folder for future use, if we ever need help with bees again.

Start to finish, a very professional job, all the bees were irraticated, the tree trimmer that removed the tree mentioned that job well done all bees were locked in trunk and no threat to them. Its been 10 days and not 1 bee spotted any where. XLNT job. would highly recommend this company. They could service residential or companys with ease. FIVE STARS review.
