Greg's Handyman Rescue

In January 2010 Greg Christi agreed to build me a backyard shed for $7,300.00. He wrote up a contract and I gave him $4,983.00 deposit for the supplies to stop. In March, he decided he was not going to build the shed and told me he'd give me a refund. It is now October and after numerous calls, letters and a win in small claims in Septemeber and another court date in October, he has yet to give me back my money. He now has until the end of this month to give me back my money plus damages ($4,983.00 original rip off now is $7,500.00 plus $140.00 in court fees). I have all the paperwork to show my prevailing in court and the judgment levied against Greg Christi. Greg Christi broke the law in many ways. He had no business taking on a project like this as he is an unlicensed contractor, not allowed to take on projects larger than $500.00. He also just took my money without a refund. I want my money back AND to warn others about the character of this individual. He has a long history of stealing from others. He has no less than 11 civil cases against him in the Fresno and LB/Los Angeles area.
