I was happy with the work they performed and was willing to pay a little bit more then I was expecting. One item they said they could do was to install a magnetic lock and tie it into our computer system. I printed and gave them the schematics which they took with them. After calling them multiple times they did not return any of my calls. I figured they decided not to do the additional work. I don't mind if they don't want to do it but at the very least please just call me and let me know. Lastly, the lock they repaired is giving problems again. I am not sure if I should call again.

Excellent service. Matt definitely knows what he s doing. He showed up on time, explained the options I had and explained everything he was doing along the way. Price was fine compared to other quotes I received. Only small issue was he was hard to get hold of initially - probably because he is a one man operation at this point.

Made an appointment with Matt during weekday to rekey a couple of locks. Because of some emergency, I had to reschedule. Matt came on saturday but still charge me the regular rate.

Matt and his brother were very helpful especially on a playoff football Sunday, and got me what I immediately needed.  I am still working with them to get all new locks on the camper shell, but that was not as immediate a need so I decided it could wait.  
I am very thankful that he was able to help me out the way he did even at his inconvenience and will definitely be looking to him for any lock/key needs in the future.

These guys went to a great length to be sure that they were legit. They also dod something that really impressed me.. sometimes service people like mechanics and talk down to you. use lingo or pressure ya into feeling scared of buying a service. These guys such a contrast. They knew their products and very versed with tech on how to solve my security concern. But they did not talk down to me.. They very patient and presented me with a few different option, prices and highlighted each one. But then went deeper to work with me on my personal value in term of what it was I wanted to secure and my budget. WOW, Matt made said in effect that it was his job to present the information that he had, and take a little time to understand my concern and then propose a solution that fit MY criterial. To speak it simply he was there to just pass on the information and present possible plus and minuses of each solution. But at end of it all, it was Y decision. Great t experience because I felt empowered to make a confident decision about what I needed and my priorities. The best fit.. He was right. It became less about cash( altough I saved more cash than his fast over the phone estimate. :P. Matt also said upfront that his company does not compete on price. It competes on value. Gave me better understanding and confidence about each product with this mind. I had Matt come back weak later to audit my home locks. he package rekeyed and gave info on upgrading to smart locks

Since we were headed out for the weekend when the key broke, we went ahead and left for our trip but were worried about it all weekend and called GoKey Locksmith's on a Saturday asking for them to come in the following day, Sunday. Matt was very polite and agreed to come at our requested time. Day-off, we realized we were running late and texted Matt and he was able to push back the time for us. When we arrived, he was there ready to go and got the job done in less than 10 minutes! We were so relieved. Would definitely recommend their services.

Requested for a quote through Yelp late Saturday night and received a response within five minutes. Set up an appointment for 9 AM on Sunday. Eli got to my house at 9:30 AM after informing me ahead of time that he was still finishing up with another client. That was really professional of him. He got to my house and looked at the door and explained the procedure he was going to do. In a little less than 30 minutes, he was done with the job and my door was fixed :)

I locked my keys in my car and I was worried it would become a problem because I work during the graveyard shift. I was able to find go key which said they were 24 hours and lo and behold they answered my call quickly. They were very polite and professional, they gave me a ETA of 10 mins and they stuck to their word. Once they arrived they were able to open my car door within less then 5 mins with no damage to my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

These guys are top rate. They gave me initial price over the phone. And they were transparent. The level of service was great and the professionalism appreciated. Trustworthy guys. This is especially important if your giving people access to your house or car. They also showed my proper lic from the state of California. I liked this cause they volunteered it. I did not think to ask. Great guys will use them again

I had a very positive experience with Gokey Locksmiths. Matt is very responsive and attentive. There was never a time I could not get ahold of him, via call or text. He was punctual and respectful of my time in scheduling. Matt, owner and senior tech, was thorough in explaining what was going on. My lock issue was with my car ignition, and he communicated to me every step/issue that arose during the process. He put in alot of hard work with my pain in the a** car, and ended up giving me a very generous price considering the amount of effort he had to put in. He gave me a break on price because I'm a veteran. My experience went smoothly. I definitely recommend Matt and Gokey for locksmith needs."
