When we learned our water heater was leaking, we decided to go with them (among other reasons, they've done work previously in our complex and know their way around). Replacement of our water heater was done efficiently and the improvement from the unit has been noticeable - we can use both showers at once now, where the old one couldn't heat both at the same time. We did have to go back later and adjust the water temperature down - The Bradford White heats the water VERY well.
The service didn't include drying out or replacing any drywall in the heater room. Some water damage from the leak, but no mold, so we followed instructions to leave the door open - it's on our outdoor patio - until the room dried out, and then sweep up the inside. Aside from discoloration in the drywall, it's been fine.
So: fast, affordable, and despite having to pull the old unit through our living room, no mess. I'd consider them again for future work.
