FRIENDLY HANDYMAN SVC

Ferris seemed like a pretty good and professional guy up front, he showed up as promised to go and buy materials etc. He and his worker did a satisfactory job installing my vinyl fencing over concrete area. However, after finishing job late that evening, and even after giving him a Cash Bonus Tip on top of Job quote, since they installed on a sunday afternoon etc. I discovered however, the next am, that they made a big error, they Mis Measured the fence, and ended up drilling several big extra exposed holes in my driveway, right in the front too. Instead of owning up to the error, or at least offering to repair or fill holes in my concrete, Ferris hastily took my payment and tip and left quickly. I believe they placed scraps or tools in that area so that I would not see the holes when doing the final inspection, because they were clear as day the next am. It would have not been that big of a deal if they had just owned up and at least tried to fix the mistake, but to not tell me about it and cover it up was just very UnProfessional and in poor taste. While he was working on my job , some neighbors also asked for his business cards. They later informed me that there were all kinds of Grammatical errors and mis spelled words on the business cards, which was kinda of embarrasing and not too professional. Also a friend of the neighbor still took a chance and used the email from his business card, and sent to Friendly handyman for a quote on a 150 Sq Ft Room Addition, in which they claim on business card, they can do all of this with no problem. A couple months later , still not even an email or phone call back quote at all from anyone at Friendly Handyman. So, even though the labor and rate is ok, I just cannot recommend these guys at all, just not very professional, not does not seem to even care.
