They did not charge for storing the appliances. We have not had any problems with their appliances. If I were going to make a big appliance purchase, I would definitely use them again.

The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and I saved money on parts by going with Friedman's. He was very specific on when I would get my parts, just two days. I would recommend them.

Visited the store several times before making a purchase. The salesman, Tony, was very pleasant and helpful. He was the main reason I purchased from this store. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure of the answer he would do some research to find the correct information. I noticed at some other stores the salesman would make up answers rather than do any research. Tony also gave me a wonderful price on all the appliances I purchased. I will definitely go back to Friedman's if I need any other appliances.

My second purchasing experience with this store. The miscommunication experienced the first time was not a fluke, it is apparently endemic to this company. Customer service is non existent. Phone messages are never returned. They overcharged me initially on one item, it required 5 phone calls over several days to get a credit processed. The oven they delivered was defective and it has proven almost impossible to have it replaced or repaired. I do not recommend this store.

We heard about Friedman's from KABC Talk Radio. They are a very friendly and professional company with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have excellent displays with a ample supply to choose from.

I am pleased with Gary. He is very professional and friendly. He is very positive and confident with a smile 24/7. He has an excellent eye for detail. Gary has a vast knowledge of cabinets and he knows what will work. Friedman's is very lucky to have Gary.

PURCHASE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. MISCOMMUNICATION REGARDING DELIVERY WAS QUICKLY AND POLITELY ADDRESSED. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION PLUS HAUL AWAY WAS EXCELLENT, CAREFUL AND THOROUGH.
