Fix My PC Please

My first experience with this shop was not bad.  And then things went terribly wrong.  A year or so after the service performed above, I went to the store to talk with the owner about purchasing a new screen and printer and having him install them.  I also wanted to buy some pastries from the local bakery as a gift for the owner to show my appreciation for the work he had done putting Charter "in their place".   Unfortunately I could not find the bakery .  He told me the bakery had moved a few blocks away.  We had a pleasant conversation about the different types of screens and printers he had available.  I told him I would come back in a week or so to buy a screen and printer and make arrangements for him to install them.  The Friday before Christmas, I went to the store with the box of pasteries I had promised to bring.  The owner was not in the shop.  A young woman was alone in the shop,  I gave her the pasteries and told her about the screen and printer I wanted to buy.  She informed me that the owner was out of the shop and would not be back by the end of the day.   She took down my name and telephone number and said the owner would call me.  Her attitude the whole time I was with her was "professional" , and that is being generous.  Nobody ever called me.  I called the shop two times afterwards and left a message on the answering machine.  Nobody ever returned my call.   I will never--  NEVER--  use this shop again.  I would like to give this shop a grade of "F", but I cannot because of the good job the owner did when he came to check out the Charter modem.

I cannot recommend FIX MY PC PLEASE highly enough. I am "addicted" to my computer; unfortunately, my computer technical knowledge does not match my interest level. For years, I was disappointed when my computer was repaired by family, friends, and one person shops. Fortunately, this shop was recommended by a person who had used it; then, I read 15 five stars reviews. After having used this company twice, I knew that this resource needed to be added to referrals on Angie's List.
