excellent. she coordinated carpet and wood flooring installers. not only was the final result very professional, but her installers were all top notch. however, the best part is that Susan was able to show us carpet styles we have never seen in any carpet / flooring stores. Did I mention "never seen" before? it's true. and that made ALL the difference. they are gorgeous. especially our master bedroom carpet. If I had even thought to look for a "dreamy" carpet, I could not have found anything better than the one she found for us. she was very accommodating, knowledgeable, on time and went out of her way to get us the little floor mats made from the left overs.
