NationsLease actually signs the lease for the renter without requiring the renter’s credit or rental history. The renter is approved based upon income level. We’ll only lease A and B+ rated properties. There are never credit checks.

Description of Work: My family and I were looking into a place in the Los Angeles area. We called and called and left message after message, and no one ever called back. According to other websites' feedbacks on this company, it may be a good thing because it sounded as though it's just a scam. None of my money went into this company, and I'm very fortunate for that.

Experienced summarized above. Got us approved for the home of our choice with great customer service in the process. Extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: EZLeaseRentals helped my husband and I relocate after we tried to get a loan modification on our home and were unsuccessful. They helped us get in to the perfect home (location/rent amount) that we could never have been able to qualify for without their help. Not only did they deliver as promised, but I was so impressed with their customer service I'm happy to give them a flying color rating for delivering and making a seemingly painful situation (and stressful) in relocation our family, smoother than I could have ever imagined.
