On 11/18/2019, I had my initial visit with both Dr. Deo and Kathy You, Nurse practitioner. Thankfully, I was accepted as their patient. Dr. Deo developed an initial plan to stabilize my INR and a medication plan (known as “bridging”) for me and for the surgeon to follow prior to surgery and post surgery. The surgery was successful. Unlike a surgery done 7/31/2015 that left me with a very large hematoma and an infection that resulted in a RN nurse treating me at my home (every day, including weekends, for one month). Both, Dr. Deo and “Kathy” listened to my concerns; read the journal of my INR dating back to 2015; and looked at the photograph that showed the large hematoma. I have had regular telephone calls with “Kathy” about medication dosage and INR results. My INR is now within goal range. Dr. Deo is pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced. He has over 20 years in medicine His office is conveniently located; the office staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. They work together to meet the needs of the medical persons and their patients. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Deo and Kathy You, NP to my family, friends, and to you.
