They agreed to come out on monday, 4/4, and gave a time window. They left because person was 10 minutes late, which is Completely fine. They wanted a $50 cancelation fee, which was not mentioned on their page and was not mentioned in our conversation before booking. I told them no because that was not our agreement and offered to pay $100 for them to come out and trouble shoot. They then asked that I pay $50 for gas to come for a visit on 4/5/22. I sent payment via Zelle FOR GAS, not a cancellation fee. No one ever came or reached out, and when I reached out, they said no one was coming due to COVID. But this was clearly a lie, as I inquired further, and they kept referring to the cancelation fee for the previous day. I told them I would like my money back and they have refused. I would never be willing to trust or do work for a company that is willing to go to this length to defraud a customer for $50. Of course, they will respond and say it was a misunderstanding-they try to get rid of negative reviews. But note that they will not return the money. Do not trust.
