Went great! Anthony texted ahead of arrival with eta. He showed up on schedule, was very professional and gave great advice while checking out various possibilities for the problem. Ultimately due to the dishwasher being over 5 years old and no simple solution, we decided it would not be cost effective to undertake the major repairs that solving the problem would entail. Anthony advised that the dishwasher was safe to use until it no longer functions at all. He was very friendly, helpful and gave great advice. I heartily recommend Anthony and Don’s Appliances!!!

Very professional team. Very thorough inspection of the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom lint area under the machine and checked for a gas leak. I would definitely recommend and will hire them again.

In the evening of May 5, I noticed that the food in my 20-year-old Maytag refrigerator was defrosting. Fitting the category of persons vulnerable to possibly dire consequences if infected with Covid-19, food shopping had been a bit of a challenge. Grocery pick-up orders had been cancelled twice, and delivery orders delayed by days. The prospect of ending up with spoiled meat, poultry and fish was quite distressing. Thanks to Yelp reviews, I determined that Don’s Appliances was THE business I wanted to contact, especially after reading its website, owner Anthony Weidner’s background, and his 22 years of experience. After requesting an appointment online I called its number the next morning to find out when I could get an estimate. I spoke with Breanne, Anthony’s wife, and she was absolutely wonderful – empathetic and warm. Anthony rearranged his schedule to help me and came to my house that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem as a broken condenser fan motor, but because of the age of the fridge, a compatible part was not on his truck. However, his local supplier had the motor, and by 5:00 P.M. my refrigerator was repaired. I am simply overwhelmed by the sincere concern and kindness of Anthony and Breanne who went to extra lengths to help me. Moreover, the repair bill was very reasonable. My profound thanks and appreciation to both of them.

We purchased a washer and dryer from Don's Appliances in Feb 2018. They were professional and did an excellent job in installing them. The leg from the dryer fell off and the dryer needed to be leveled. From arranging the appointment in the office to the service rendered I want to thank you for your help and prompt response.

It was good. They were helpful, efficient and honest with their review.

They were able to find the problems. Temporary fix while parts we're ordered. Only took a couple of days and my refrigerators are good as new. Anthony was terrific . I would highly recommend Don’s Appliance Service

Absolutely astounded by the excellent customer service that was provided to us by Don’s. Our range had an issue that was not easy to diagnose or repair. Anthony, our technician, was very thorough, extremely honest, and completely exhaustive in his research and repair efforts. This company obviously works hard from all angles to ensure absolute satisfaction. In addition to their responsiveness and attentiveness, I feel that the price we paid for parts and labor was fair.

Tried all troubleshooting recommendations in owners manual and nothing worked. Slight delay in scheduling as problem happened on a Friday afternoon, as usual! Scheduled 2-4 on Tuesday, but tech called to see if could come early. Diagnosed the problem as a stopped up air gap and was done and out in 15 minutes. Even got a senior discount!

They did excellent, their technician Anthony did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I'm a repeat customer. Anthony is especially great at communication. He actually advises the ETA, even picked up the parts before coming. He works very closely with customers, especially when diagnosing the problem.

They responded very quickly, My dishwasher is 11-years old and was no longer draining. They had it working very quickly. When the dishwasher stopped draining again a week later, they quickly returned and after digging further, found more debris as well as installed a new hose. Machine now runs like new. They are very pleasant and responsive and I would certainly recommend them!

Great. The service tech was great and answered all of my questions about repairing the washer. It wasn't cost effective to repair it because of it's age.

Repairman Anthony did an excellent job. Repair job was fully explained and performed well. This my third time using Don's Appliance Repair and appreciate the repair call updates as to personnel arrival time to the job.

Professional service

I left a message on Friday night and received a return call on Saturday. He asked me several questions to determine if it was a plumbing issue, rather than the washer. Scheduled an appointment for Monday between 11-1. Josh called about 11:45 on Monday and said he would arrive within 20 minutes. He did and quickly diagnosed that a connector hose had a hole. He did not have the part with him, but ordered it that day and said it should arrive the next day. Unfortunately, the first parts house did not have the part, so needed to order elsewhere. He finally received the part on Thursday, called me right away and completed the repair that afternoon. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Repairman Anthony arrived within the appointed time slot, presenting a clean and professional appearance. The replacement parts were stocked on the truck and repairs were completed in one service call. The repair performed was fully discussed and completed to my full satisfaction. Anthony performed an additional service at no extra charge in cleaning out the washing machine's internal drain screen. Anthony performed the diagnostic check on the machine to verify that it was in good working order. A procedure that had not been performed by a competing appliance service company that repaired the machine previously.
