 + 0 moreHE WAS NOT THE LOWEST QUOTE BUT PROVIDED THE MOST SERVICE FOR THE PRICE HE GAVE. DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND FOLLOWED UP A WEEK LATER TO SEE IF ANY TOUCH UPS WERE NEEDED.
Description of Work: PAINTED EXTERIOR OF TEN UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING IN CITY OF LONGBEACH. USED ROLLON METHOD AND GAVE A WARRANTY ON PAINT. ALSO RESURFACED DECK.
