WE'VE USED HIM ABOUT TWO YEARS AND WE'RE SATISFIED. WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK BECAUSE OF HIS PUNCTUALITY, HIS PRICE AND HIS WORK. HE IS PEOPLE FRIENDLY. HE IS JUST AN OVERALL GREAT BUSINESSMAN. WITH MOST CARPET COMPANIES I'VE USED IN THE PAST, IT HAS TAKEN A COUPLE OF HOURS FOR THE CARPETS TO DRY. WHATEVER HE USED DRIED IT IN A COUPLE of HOURS. IF YOU CALL HIM, HE CAN USUALLY COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. HE'S USUALLY ON TIME. HE'S ACTUALLY 10 TO 15 MINUTES EARLY MOST OF THE TIME.
