I go to them for all my car needs. The staff is friendly and confident. Raul is the mechanic and Bert is the guy in charge and they are both really good. It is on a first come first basis and they are always busy. If you are early they get to your car that day.

Everything went well, except for getting the oil leak fixed. That proved to be a bigger problem than either Cylinder Automotive or I ever imagined. The leak came back a few days later, so I took the car back. They claimed the problem now was the automatic steering fluid, a different problem from the original valve cover gaskets. That seemed an odd coincidence that a new leak sprung from a different source in just a few days. Bert, to his credit admitted it was odd, but couldn't explain it. They fixed the problem they saw, and Bert only charged me for the parts and did the labor for free. However, the leak started again a few days later. I brought the car back, both to Bert's and his top mechanic's surprise--and frustration. Again to their credit, they swore they would get it right and would not charge me a dime more despite whatever they found that was causing the problem and no matter how long it took. And they did finally fix the leak and kept their word and charged me nothing.

This is a shop I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an HONEST mechanic! Bert takes his time to explain what they find, and how they plan to fix it -- he is very careful about keeping costs down. They have all the latest diagnostic tools and data (like Alldata and Mitchell). I love this shop and will take our cars here going forward.

They are very honest and very straight forward. It is a place where I would have no problem, where either my wife or my daughter could go in to and get an honest opinion.

I love them. They are reasonable and they tell me what they are going to do. They are trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there. They do what they say they are going to do. They are efficient. I had gone to them in the fall and I spent about $300 or $400. I would grade them as high as I could.
