Fireplace Service
Chuck came over to give an estimate on installing a new zero-clearance wood fireplace. The install would require no masonry and would be done on a raised foundation with a single story. Right away he quotes me, '$20,000'. I explained that I received two other estimates from $5000-$7000. He said he'd think it through it and return with a written estimate and within minutes left without saying anything. Needless to say, Chuck never followed up with an estimate. He didn't come across very friendly either. I am surprised at the positive remarks. He seemed dishonest and unprofessional. See his BBB rating.
