Charlie's Window Services is a family owned, operated, and oriented company with 17 years of experience. We offer professional and reliable window cleaning, awning cleaning, and pressure washing services to both residential and commercial clients. We are extremely knowledgeable in the area of construction clean-up and can provide reliable services in this area such as removing hard water and paint from your windows. Employees at Charlie's Window Services are highly trained and experienced in high ladder work and hard to reach windows. We use a wide variety of chemicals and solutions (all of which are biodegradable and USDA approved) and practice procedures that can be used to rid glass of even the most stubborn deposits, leaving windows and glass looking new again. Our awning restoration and protection services will renew your awnings that have suffered from sun damage, pollution and neglect. We can remove heavy soils and streaking without pulling color from inked awnings and restore the original beauty of your awning. We use a specially formulated protectant that helps prevent damage from inks, dyes, and ultraviolet exposure which extends the life expectancy of your awning. It was not so well.They just didn't show up and I had to call multiple times and then the first time they did the job and it wasn't done very well but they did come back and redid it and it was fine.

Charlie took my call right away, and once we settled on a date and time for them to come, they offered to do the work immediately, if we agreed with their estimate. Since the estimate was the best I had received, and they were anxious to do the work, they spent the next several hours at my house completing the job.
We were pleased with the work done, and their friendly "can do" attitude.
We recommend Charlie's, and will use them again.

I called Charlie and needed someone to come and wash windows on short notice. The Windows looked terrific. Charlie came to do the work himself with a 2nd person with whom he has worked for a long time. Even (normally) oblivious 20ish year old children and their friends walked in and said WOW! after the job was done. The windows still look great more than a month later.
