Disaster..! .Trevor Belmonte is an unlicensed contractor and provided a false Contractor's license with a fraudulent number. The work he provided included unfit plumbing that leaked. Unvented pipe lines. Buried electrical boxes. The worst problem though was his lying. Trevor had cut my hot water line, buried it in concrete. I asked him to hook up the water line so I could use it and he said he was busy. I had no water coming from the hot water pipe and could not get an answer as to why. I finally talked to one of his workers and he told me Trevor forgot to connect the hot water when he poured the concrete. I confronted Trevor on this issue and he stated that he was going to reconnect it later whenever we decided to have him remodel our kitchen. I told him that there was no plan on remodeling the kitchen until much later Trevor plugged on on demand hot water tank under the sink and never saw him in my house again. I did get my payment returned to me. I have hired a new contractor that is charging a lot of money to undo his work. He had cut through support beams and my walls need to be reinforced. He put 2" plumbing for my toilet when it is supposed to be 3". The toilet was put in a corner and was not 15" off center. I am not a contractor so I trusted this guys and was cheated. I could go on but bottom line he does not know his trade. I am submitting the bill to Dave Bond, his partner, as Trevor as stopped returning calls. I spoke to Vice Messing and he stated that these two guys are still working. I learned my lesson, I hope by writing this nobody else gets victimized. I learned from the Contractors State License Board that the license he provided us was a fake. My first time working with a contractor. Take the time and verify licenses. This guy is dangerous.
