Cathy Lyn not only helped me sell my previous condo, which is a small miracle these days, but she helped to coordinate a very difficult transaction for my new home. She knows her business more than most realtors. I ask many, many questions. She is honest and interested in helping people, whereas many realtors I've met are only interested in their fee. She is a Broker Associate, Paralegal - ABA Accredited, and an Arbitrator. She has also provided references for other excellent service providers.
