CAL WORTHINGTON FORD

The fuel sensor replacement was very expensive for a little piece of plastic. I could buy a cell phone for what the little sensor cost. I am kind of upset with Cal Worthington, or maybe it is Ford. The service manager we had assigned to us told us that if any potential repair crops up under the extended warranty and they can't fix it or don't know what it is yet, such as a noise or something, they will document and if it acts up or goes bad after the warranty expires they will fix it. I thought that was great. However when it came time to do the program where they documented and repaired it under warranty, it turns out it did not exist. I thought the fuel sensor was part of it so when they told me how much it would cost to replace it I told them I had complained about that over and over, but it was not diagnosed. They said they could not identify which sensor was bad and I could not expect them to replace it since there are so many sensors. I was disappointed that I was told something then when it came down to it I wasn't told it did not exist. They told me something just to get me off their back so they could move on. That was upsetting.

I have been using them for a while. They consistently do A quality work.
