 + -1 moreI have referred him to clients who can't say enough positive things about his work on there business and personal computers. I find Mr. Boyd to be knowledgeable, patient, personable, and he arrives on time. He explains what he is doing with out watching the clock. When he is there it is the work that comes first not the amount of time it takes. He makes sure you understand what the problem was and he encourages you to call if the problem arises again. He patiently explains how the system works.
Description of Work: Mr. Boyd does computer repair, which includes but not limited to: diagnosis and repair; virus removal; network support; data recovery; application installation; trouble shooting; routine maintenance; hardware upgrade; wireless setup; internet setup; printer installation; issue resolution reports; etc. For minimal cost he will travel to your home or office in LA and Orange county. He is open to discussing driving to other areas. I hired him to come to my home to: 1. He resolved issues with my wireless router. 2. He had to trouble shoot and resolve some internet issues. 3. He had to do some overall computer maintenance. 4. I had attemped to work on my computer, therefore he had to trace and reorganize the computer cords. Discarding the useless ones and plugging in the appropriate cords. He has been working in this field for over 12 years.
