I was very impressed with the work. They are were dependable and I think they did a great job. There were no problems. They were friendly and on time.

This involved an insurance claim replacing a portion of carpet in the house, attempting to match to remaining sections. No satisfactory match could be found, so we used the same as earlier installed and had to pay a premium price since it could not be found elsewhere. Salesman (Joe Valdez) was very helpful; installers were on time and worked the entire day to finish. Unlike an earlier experience with the same company several years ago, the installers did an exceptional job, esp on stairs.

I FELT THAT THE PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH THE WORK. I GRADED THEM AN A ON PROFESSIONALISM, THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND PICKED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. THEY CAME WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME WHEN I CALLED THEM.
