Bigos Plumbing

First of all, Bigos Plumbing wasn't even on my radar. I didn't have them on my list. I received multiple quotes from several of those "shady plumbers". You really have to watch yourself out there. These guys are predators. I went to hire the plumber that I did actually like, and he couldn't do it. That's when the good contractor recommended Bigos Plumbing. I got "winning the Lottery" lucky. Wow! I am blown away. BP showed up first thing in the morning, on time, and it was just to look at the job and quote it. No guarantees that I was even going to hire them. Not being a plumbing professional, I started telling them what I wanted them to do. They said "fine". We understand you only want to spend xx dollars for some work. (Listen folks, putting a band-aide on old plumbing would have been a huge mistake … in hind site). I am telling you that BP would have done the partial job that I had in mind, only because they were already there and may as well have made some money that day, but they very carefully guided me to consider the work that should really be done on my project. Not an up-sell. Just good advise. (By the way, these guys are good human beings. Forget the plumbing, these two gentlemen have very good souls. I really like them as people). I agreed to let them do their thing, which is really completely re-piping an old plumbing system and making everything all brand new. These guys put in 14 hours, one guy sliding back and forth under the house that long, and one on top, running around grabbing tools, plumbing the water heater and shower, etc. What a team. The price was very good too. I am stoked. I keep bragging that I have a new house. If you need plumbing, I highly recommend Bigos Plumbing.

We have used them several times over the past few years. Their price is a little high, but they do good work. They were an hour late. They gave us a fair price even when it was discovered other pipes would have to be replaced. ?They were higher than other contractors, but their quality of work and professionalism they did an A work overall.

Installed earthquake automatic gas shutoff valve. Showed up on time and performed the work as promised. Would definitely hire again!

Matt was professional, he beat all other quotes, he was quick and most of all friendly. I will def be making Bigos my plumber of choice for all future needs.

Matt Bigos could not have done better work.  He was excellent.  Extremely knowledgeable and performed work that was pretty large in scope as well as residential interior plumbing such as fixing two new toilets that were installed by another plumber.  He also fixed new shower valves that would turn off while the shower was running.  He and his crew are timely, professional, they are courteous and they always let us know what their timing was.  Matt's knowledge was so much more than other plumbers I've had over thirty years.  Truly, he is a man of his word and an excellent plumber.  
I recommend him highly !!!
