All want very well. Jeff cleaned the inside of the old Hardman baby grand, getting underneath the strings with special gadgets and solutions. BIG difference. He also took the keyboard out, freshened up all the hammer actions, cleaned up all related areas, re-installed the keyboard, and tuned the piano. It took around 3 hours. Interesting guy. We had some great conversation during that time. Jeff also played some piano before he left. I feel that I've enjoyed the work of a true artisan at a bargain price.
