These guys were awsome. They arrived about 15 minutes early and they had to wait because I was getting my carpets restretched. they were awsome they did the job quickly. They moved the furniture I wasn't able to move and they completely cleaned the carpet to  a beautiful clean color. They were able to get the stains out from the fruit juice my niece spilled. They were very plesant and the whole experience only took about an hour. I wll definately use them again.

Crew showed up early in the scheduled window, and were out of there in about an hour total.  Crew was very clean, polite, and knew what they were doing.  Quality of their work was outstanding, and the deal from Angie's List was great.
The one rug they could not do on site will be cleaned shortly.  For $100, they will pick up the rug from my house, have it cleaned at their facility, and then drop it back off at my house with a total cycle time of 4-5 days.
Great experience, and a company I can recommend.
I should add that this company is large, and that different crews operate different zones.  The guys I got were based out of Orange, and serve the central/north Orange County area, including my home in Huntington Beach.

They did a good job and I had no complaints. He charged me quite a bit more than the advertised special.

"I'm sorry that you were not happy with the price we charged. Since It was 2 1/2 years ago I have no way of knowing what the special was or what you were charged. We normally put a notice on the add stating what the "special" would cover. For example $75.00 for a 6' couch or $100.00 for 4 rooms of carpet (maximum 500 sq feet). I couldn't aford to clean a 12' couch for $75.00 because I would lose money. Since I wasn't the one who perform the work I just can't comment on why we charged what we did. We try as hard as we can to be competitive and offer a good value for the price we charge. I'd be happy to try and rebuild the relationship by giving you a discount on your next cleaning. Again I am sorry you were nor happy with the price you received."

I've been using them for years. I wouldn't call or use anybody else because I don't trust anybody else. They are always on time and when I call to make an appointment it doesn't take me forever to get in. They can get me in pretty quickly. The carpet is cleaned just in a couple of hours, it doesn't take hours or days and they don't need your carpet soaking wet. Everything is perfect and they deal well with cut areas. They are just terrific. I haven't used them for my floors yet but I have used them for upholstery and they get a great job.
