John Kilson submitted a contract to the probate lawyer. He asked for 12,910 to do all the work. He wanted 5,850 to begin officially. He had already started on the work and spent out of his own pocket. We quickly reimbursed him . We couldn't wait for the lawyer to get his money back. I was sold on this mans character as a upstanding God-fearing man. Soon as the probate lawyer cut him the check for the amount she asked for we never serve saw him again we weren't able to contact him he just walked off with that money we never saw it coming.

He walked out on the job after receiving a check cut by the probate lawyer. The walls he ripped out in the bathroom, kitchen and other area's in order to remodel. Was just left destroyed. We couldnt contact him again

I had to schedule twice just to get a estimate for the repair. First time called, employee stuck at the job site, and unable to make it. 2nd time was on-time. Workmanship was ok, but lack professionalism.
