They have a really good program. You pay a monthly rate. My kids both used it for 6 or 7 years and talked highly about it, so we decided to give it a try. We used it this past weekend and we pay $40 a month. What you get for that is two visits a year, all of your immunizations throughout the course of the year. It also includes a dental cleaning once a year under general anesthetics. That by itself is $600-$700 a year easily. He survived that, he was well. They're really good.

I used them just once and they were very expensive. They did fine though. They took the dogs right in, I only had to wait maybe about ten minutes. They did not do anything that they didn’t charge for. We asked them to check the ears because that always indicates if something is wrong and they charged for that. We asked them to cut their nails and they us charged for that. They responded to us quickly. We had to see the vet assistant first and she was unable to answer my questions. She first checked the dogs and then the vet came in.

One of our cats had gotten into a fight and had a wound on his head that was emiting pus and blood. In less than 90 minutes they examined and treated him, cleaning out the wound, giving him antibiotics and other needed shots. Everyone was very friendly and good with all of the pets there.

We take all our animals (all 6!) to Banfield at Carson Town Center. All the doctors there are wonderful. Dr. Morris runs a tight ship and he's very professional and caring. Dr. Steinlechner is fantastic, Dr. Talcott is one of the most caring people we've ever met, besides being a great vet. She teared up upon hearing our 17 yr old cat had died, and a friend we referred said Dr. Talcott is now her vet for life. The pet nurses are great too! Office manager Susanna remembers us and our animals, the team is well trained and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. If you live anywhere near Carson Town Center, I strongly recommend taking your pets to the Banfield at PetSmart.

Very well. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, as we'd just made the appointment the day before. They gave him a full check up and prescribed him some meds to chill him out on the 4th. Very friendly and professional. Tried to sell us some additional services, which we declined, but were not pushy about it and let it go once we said no thanks. Good experience overall.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. I DROPPED HER OFF AT 10 AM AND CAME BACK TO PICK HER UP AT 3 PM. I GOT A CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH HER DR. HE WAS VERY EXPLICIT WITH WHAT HE ADVISED.
