American Carpet Cleaning

This company is the most professional and efficient company of its type. Really great owner and team. They are careful and trust worthy. I have a pet and they were so cognizant of my needs and hers. Super company to work with. I received an immediate appointment. I was going to use a "special" deal but this turned out to be a better price. You can' t go wrong with this company.

This is our third time with this company, as their price is low, but will be the last. Not that the carpet doesn't get clean. It does. That part was OK. But they left it SO WET, my husband called our bedroom ''the pond.'' Water squishing up between your toes: not funny. So we tiptoed along their butcher paper walkways for THREE DAYS. In fact parts of the bedroom carpet did not dry out for FIVE days. That can't be good for the padding and floors. And this was with ceiling fans going in all rooms, all the time, windows open (in winter!) and the furnace extra cranked up. The two guys were polite, and maybe their equipment was old or dysfunctional or something, but never again. If our hardwood floors turn out to be stained or water-damaged when it comes time to ditch this carpet and go to hardwood floors, I'm going to be really pissed, because they're the only company who ever steam cleaned our carpets.

IT'S VERY GOOD. I MEAN THEY DO A NICE JOB. I TRUST THEM, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I LET THEM COME IN WITHOUT ME EVEN BEING HERE.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, THEY COME ON TIME, THEY ARE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE CLEAN. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE FOR TWO YEARS AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

THIS COMPANY STANDS BEHIND THEIR SERVICE. IF IT IS NOT DONE, THEY'LL COME BACK AND DO IT RIGHT. NO EXCUSES. THIS IS A REALLY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. MY CARPET WAS CLEANED VERY WELL.

NONE OF THE FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED. THE STAINS AND DAMAGE OF THE CARPET HAD GONE AWAY. THEY WORKED QUICKLY BUT CAREFULLY.

DEAN JONES WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY QUICK. HE QUOTED ME PRICES BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ROOMS I WANTED CLEANED (APPROX. $150 FOR TWO ROOMS). THE SOFA WAS A SEPARATE PRICE. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH AND DID A GREAT JOB GETTING THE CARPETS TO LOOK LIKE NEW.

JOB IS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY OF HANDLING AND CLEANING RESULTS.
