I think they were fair priced. They were very quick and thorough, and I thought they also offered alternatives. They were good on service and. They were good professionally. The quality of the tires and the work they did were great. I showed up and they took care of it right away. It was not a long wait. It was right on-time. I would certainly check with them first when I get tires.

Previous tires were Dunlop tires that after only 36,000 miles developed unbearable road noise. Went to America's Tire website to price out tires and read reviews. Really liked the fact that you can price out tires (to include installation and disposal fees) straight from their website. The website was also informative in letting me know if the tires I needed were in stock. I showed up at the America's Tire without an appointment and there were two people in front of me. I was acknowledged right away but had to wait 10 minutes for a sales person to finish with a customer (not a problem as they have ample seating in their waiting area). Sales person took a look at my tires and took tread measurements. At first I was only going to change two tires, but they offered me a credit for my old tires. I took them up on their offer and replaced all four. I also purchased their warranty on their tires which wasn't much more. I waited approximately 30 minutes for my tires to be replaced and I was on my way. The tires are a LOT quieter than the previous Dunlops, even after 5,000 miles. What I also like is the fact that I can bring my car in for a free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. In fact, I'll have to make an appointment soon to get that done! Great service and great price. I've actually used Discount Tire (America's Tire) for many years, without ever being let down. The LB Towne Center location is no exception, and not only will they receive my business the next time I need tires, I've already recommended them to several neighbors who were in need. I believe they were equally satisfied.

I WAS VERY PLEASED BY THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, FAST SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICE AND HONEST SERVICE. I WENT THERE WITH the INTENTION OF SHOPPING FOR A TIRE, BECAUSE SOME OTHER TIRE COMPANY THAT I TOOK MY TIRE TO, HAD TOLD ME THAT THE PERFORATION WAS IRREPARABLE AND I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE TIRE. WHEN I CAME HERE, THEY CHECKED THE TIRE AND REPAIRED IT AND saved ME FROM BUYING A NEW ONE. THE TIRE IS STILL IN GOOD CONDITION.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY TO CUSTOMERS AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU GOOD OPINIONS ON THE TIRES YOU ARE GETTING.
