Description of Work: Floor furnace had a tubing leak. Floor furnace was reworked and repaired and thermostat installed. Mr. Frank wrote a detailed estimate with a year guarentee. |Work was performed well and professionally. Everything was done as agreed upon. Furnace and thermostat work well now. Mr. Frank and worker were conscientious and capable.

Allan Frank Plumbing was happy to take the job, was understanding about the need for a fast fix (no showers when there isn't any hot water!!) and did solid, professional work. I did feel that the price was a bit high for such a quick fix, but we were happy with the work.
Description of Work: Repaired our hot water heater that would not stay lit.
