I drive from Orange County to go here. The quality of work and prices are better than local shops.

The lens on my back up camera became foggy/dirty. About ten minutes later they installed an new camera at no charge. I have been going here for 7-10 years. The owner, I believe his name is Jay has many of the same employees for all these years. The quality of car alarm systems installation is great. Told them what I was looking for, they explained the different alarms. I picked one out and they installed it. I have never had any problems with it. Wish my neighbor would have gone there, he is always having problems with his alarm.

The window tint that I choose was light and works great at reducing heat and the sun rays. Well worth the extra drive.

When we contacted ALL STAR we simply wanted to install a system we had purchased at Best Buy. We had an appointment with B.B. but they did not have a clue how to install it. Unlike B.B. the guys working here know there stuff and even gave us options of how we could set up our new system. They are friendly and take the time to explain to the customer what they are going to do. Worth the extra money.

I was very pleased with the service I got from All Star Auto Sound to replace an aging and faulty auto alarm. When I arrived that morning, they told me that it would be hours before they would get to my car. However, I could make an appointment for later in the afternoon. I did so, and was promptly helped at the appointed time. I thought the owner that helped me was very honest and professional in the type of alarm he recommended. I also observed similar honest behavior towards other customers as I sat in the waiting area. Overall, I felt I got a good price, product, and installation, and was very satisfied by the experience.

The family that runs this business is in the business of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know that's an unfortunate rarity these days, but this company has it.....they'll show you the lowest prices on Amazon, live in front of you, and then beat it! Everyone is time conscious, I had my kids with me, and they barely had time to start bothering about and quot;When are they gonna be dooooonnnnneeeeee???????and quot; They had quality merchandise and quality people, I will DEFINTELY be going back!

1. Call store for suitable alarm for my vehicle. 2. Given all possible alarm options, and great pricing. 3. If parts are not in stock, have to go to store pay for item first. 4. schedule appointment, the earlier the better. 4. Installation took 2.5 hours. 5. Everything is working fine.

THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND HONEST, THE OWNER, JOHN, TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK. THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN THE INSTALLATION. THE WORK WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
