This is an historic building and had to take some of the iron work off and lost some of it. They removed tiles and tar paper underneath during rain storm and other portions of the roof that were rotten. This caused water to enter the building and caused interior damage and also to tenants condos. They were suppose to have insurance but weren't and so home owners had to pay for damage. The workers were drinking alcoholic beverages while working.
