Very poor quality. Skipped extensive areas of painting, window frames, fascia. Drips and streaks on much of the surfaces. Over spray. Broke power washer. Took extension latter, step stool, large garage broom, two small brooms. Broke out door security light. Could not work to check list of things which were not complete. Cut 4 x 4 hole in wall where I said someday I might put a window in for a bar. This bar window work was not in agreement. I am still working with custom window shop to finish this unplanned project. Did not seal around bottom of house which was one of his selling points. Only did a partial seal. Workers were so inexperienced they accidentally painted the inside of my living room window frame and inside of one of two french doors instead of outside when painting exterior. The inside white is a different color than my interior so now I have to repaint these areas. He did try to fix this, but left inside door frame partially painted in two shades of white. Did not scrape loose paint on eves, painted right over peeling paint then tried to fill in with caulking when I said work was incorrect. Used a sponge to put high gloss polyurethane on wood cabinets resulting in streaked finished product. Garage floor paint has air bubbles which will need to be scrapped and corrected. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. HE IS INCAPABLE OF DOING THE MOST SIMPLE WORK. He is a nice man though and worked very hard, but completely incapable. Almost all of the workers were completely incapable. There may have been one that showed up one day and painted the front door without a problem. Repaired cracks in driveway and tried to put a slurry of glue and sand to create an even textured surface. I've been dealing with the loose sand tracking all over my house. I power washed (after purchasing a new power washer) some of the slurry off. Not sure how to correct this other than waiting for it to naturally come off and wash into street.
