Accurate Electrical Services is a residential electrical contracting company whose focus is to offer the best possible service to each and every one of our clients. With over 25 years of serving in Southern California, we have the experience and skill to solve any technical issues you may have, but we strive to give you even more. Your calls are answered by real people. Appointments are set around your schedule. We only send you the best electricians, as all of our technicians are state certified, licensed, background checked, and randomly drug tested. We educate our clients on their electrical system and provide options that allow them to make the best decisions. We use Up-Front pricing on all our work. That means there are no surprises and you know EXACTLY what it will cost before any work is started. All of our work includes our Accurate Promise: “If you are not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right or you don't pay!” We stand behind our workmanship. If we made a mistake or overlooked something, we'll come back and make it right at no cost to you...for LIFE!

They are very meticulous and good, but they are very expensive. I did have them do some estimates on some other things and did not give them the project. There is nothing wrong with their service, it is just that I was able to shop around and find less expensive service. I already had the switch they replaced. They did not even have to buy the part. They are so very careful, I appreciate that, but then so are other services as well.

Mike did do a full and thorough inspection of your home, and on your inspection write-up you should be able to see a detailed description of what is going on in your panel. Our electricians even make a pledge not to accept payment unless you are completely delighted. All our jobs are priced using an Up Front pricing guide. Our electricians should provide you with the details of the work and the price BEFORE any work is started. We only start work upon receiving your approval. I'm sorry that the value of the installation you agreed to didn't seem to match what you paid for it. I can't apologize for the price though. It is very costly to comply with the CA labor laws, employ only state certified and licensed electricians who are back ground checked and randomly drug tested, so you always get a safe knowledgeable electrician. We also provide benefits and security for them and their families. They come out in a fully stocked "Warehouse on Wheels" so we can complete most jobs right on the spot. And, we have live people answering the phones to take care of your needs 24/7. There are many, many more expenses that go into running a business that I'm sure you don't want to be bored with. We try hard to manage expenses and provide services at a reasonable cost. I'll just conclude with a sincere apology that we didn't provide you with the experience you deserve. Jeff"
Throughout the process, we received calls from Accurate Electric's office staff, Jackie, asking about the work, if we had questions or concerns and confirming the next steps. Very professional, excellent follow up.
Mike arrived on time the following week on the day scheduled. All work was completed to our satisfaction.
Not as inexpensive as a general handyman would charge, but well worth the price for the services provided.
Mike returned with the part in less than one half hour and did the installation in less than one hour.
The installation was very professional and clean.
We discussed other work that was needed in the near future, but there was no hard sell to do the work now.

Most importantly, Mike was awesome. He showed up on time and was courteous beyond courteous and very pleasant to deal with. He was extremely diligent about putting shoe covers on to protect our hardwood floors, taking them on and off every time he went out to his truck to get something. He quickly diagnosed our problem and had the work done in no time - at a reasonable price. We had provided a couple of blankets to keep any mess off the floor, and he even folded those up neatly when he left. It's that kind of professionalism, pride in work, and attention to detail that really won us over. In fact, as a small business owner myself, my first thought was that I'd love to see their customer service handbook! Hands down, I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Mike arrived, discussed with me my needs, determined the price according to their pricing schedule, discussed some various options and pricing with me, and then install the plug. He cleaned up afterward, gave me the Angie's list discount, and we were finished in about an hour.
At all times Mike was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful.
I could not ask for better service.
