Went great. My realtor, Mo Shahbani, recommended Tom at ABCO Plumbing and Heating. The job was not an emergency so we had some time for a regularly scheduled appointment. The appointment was set up within a couple of days. Tom came out and removed the existing toilet and assessed the problem. He proceeded to make repairs right away and finished the job in a timely fashion. Considering the amount of work required to remove and replace the existing corroded toilet mounting flange the cost of the job was reasonable at $225.00. Job is now complete and the toilet is no longer loose. By moving ahead on this repair I am sure that I saved future leakage problems since the toilet was free to move around on the wax seal before the repair. Eventually that would have caused problems.
