Less than a 24 hour wait from the time I called on Wednesday until both units were reprogrammed and operating on Thursday. Promise time was between 1200 and 3pm. Tech arrived at 1pm!

My garage door got stuck half open. I was in a bind, so I checked Angie's for a nearby provider. I called A. Plus and they came out within 40 min. He diagnosed the problem, started work immediately and quickly resolved the problem. I was very pleased with their promptness, responsiveness and professionalism.

We didn't use their services. We called them for a quote and they didn't get back to us quick enough. I would consider getting another quote from them.

They were general good, no problems. Price was okay, he did the job and fixed the problem. He was polite.

We had contacted a couple of companies to get estimates for a garage door. We own a condominium and have specific aesthetic and noise requirements for matching the other doors in our complex. One company was unable to provide the door we needed. We were very pleased with Jesse's responsiveness and efforts to give us the best price he could. They installed our custom door two days after our request. After his colleague installed the door, we noticed that one of the corners was not flush to the front frame (not bad given NOTHING is square of level in our home). Jesse responded very quickly and came out the next day to adjust it. It now lies completely flush to the front. And it's very quiet. I would recommend A+ Garage Doors to anyone, especially if you have custom needs.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY NEW GARAGE DOOR. THEY INSTALLED THE DOOR VERY QUICKLY. THEY ALSO PROVIDED VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE CARE OF THE DOOR BECAUSE MY NEW DOOR WAS AUTOMATIC, NOT MANUAL.
