Description of Work: We used 1 Way to install a combination microwave/wall oven and ceramic cooktop to replace 1980's vintage appliances. The job required cabinet modifications and cutting of ceramic counter top tiles. Rene came to our home and provided a firm quote based on the scope of the job. The $50 fee was credited back to the cost of the install. The install teams were timely and knew what they were doing. They worked fast, without incident and the cost was exactly as quoted. The price included pick up at Pacific Sales, delivery and haul away of the old appliances. We would use them again.

 + -1 moreThe crew was professional, pleasant, prompt, tidy, cleaned up after the work, including running a vacuum while the marble was being cut to reduce the amount of fine dust in the air. The crew was cautious of our belongings, ensuring there were no and quot;accidentsand quot; with existing furniture, doorjambs, etc. The crew worked well together as a team and ensured they were installing per our wishes. A slightly damaged new appliance was noted (We probably wouldn't have seen the small and quot;ding.and quot; in the stainless steel) and the installer negotiated a reasonable settlement on our behalf with Pacific Sales. The installer also gave us information on the new appliances, and made sure we knew how to operate them properly before leaving the house. We would recommend this installer for future jobs.
Description of Work: Installed 5 kitchen appliances purchased at Pacific Sales. The job required enlarging an opening on a marble top for the stove top to fit properly. It also required an optional addition of an electrical plug for the dishwasher because the previous hardwired connection was deemed unsafe. Trim was also added around the stove top and microwave, oven to cover visible bracing of appliances. Prior to the installation the contractor came out to provide an estimate that was "firm" rather than items added on as the job progressed. The estimate was $75 and that money was deducted from the final payment if we chose to use the company, which we did. Measurements were carefully taken and options presented, with exact estimates for all options. Even though we ran into the usual snags during an installation, there were no addional fees added at the time of payment. At the conclusion of the job, the old appliances were hauled away.

 + 0 more, I admit that I was provided a list of installers by Pacific Sales and I chose this vendor because they were the only one on the list that had a 310 phone number. They schedule my pre-installation inspection when I requested it, and showed up on time. When I scheduled my installation appointment and asked to be a morning installation, they scheduled accordingly. When an additional part was needed for the installation that was not anticipated (NOTE THAT THE ADDITIONAL PART WAS NOT THEIR FAULT AT ALL) , they worked around the time it took me to get the part and came back within a few hours to finish the job. Rene, the owner, knows what he's doing and he is very low key and very professional. I would definitely suggest this company for any installation work that needs to be done. When it comes to price, you get what you pay for. I though the price was good. I don't even know what excellent would be, other than maybe free? Bottom line- I think this vendor does superb work. They're not cheap, nor are they really expensive, they're just plain good. You can't get something for nothing. Use them and you don't have to worry.
