Very impressed with professional approach. Has a beautifully equipt large custom van. Provides own hot water and all needs. Dog and us were very happy. Thought it was just a little pricy.

Sandy of Royal Treatment Mobile Dog Grooming was reasonably responsive when I called for appointment. Left message and she called back within 24 hours. She works alone. Has a well-equipped van with all the tools she needs for grooming. She even uses her own warm water supply and doesn't need to hook up to a hose. She's quite calm and is obviously very experienced dealing with dogs. Told me she's been doing mobile grooming for 17 years. I liked that she didn't cut the toenails but used a grinder to shorten them. Also liked that she completely dried the dog and I wasn't left with a damp doggie. Sandy was on-the-dot punctual, spent five minutes getting to know and making dog comfortable before starting to bathe and groom. Whole procedure took a bit less than an hour. I was impressed and have already made appointment for a second grooming.
