I found the company extremely competent and also found the personnel very friendly. They resolved my complex transmission problem just as they said they would, even providing me with the removed defective parts and taking me into the shop, during their labor, to show me exactly, in lay terms, what the problems were. I was very grateful. Their estimate was what I paid - not more, even though they found a few other problems than were initially diagnosed. Their shop was extraordinarily well organized, and in spite of their greasy sort of business, very clean - even the shop floor. Their customer waiting area was also surprisingly comfortable. It's mostly a family operation, with Mrs. Quin managing the office end and her son and husband fulfilling the mechanical duties. I wish more automotive service firms were as honest, sincere, well run, and mechanically competent.
