I hadn't had my piano tuned in about three years, and it was long due. I decided to call Professional Piano Services, and I'm sure glad I did. The tech came out and tuned my piano the next day. His professionalism was excellent, and I'm very pleased. He was very knowledgeable, and kindly made some suggestions of things I could do to improve my piano's performance -- such as moving it away from the wall about 4 inches. He even offered to take his shoes off when he came inside. This is a small thing to some people, but to me it shows that he considers himself a guest in my house. I'm very pleased with Professional Piano Services, and would recommend them to anyone who needs their piano tuned.
