Lompoc Honda gave me a quote for replacement of my sideview mirror.
There was easy parking and someone was there to help me immediately.
They were friendly and gave me a fair quote and can do the work anytime I
am ready. They also removed the broken mirror that was hanging from my
car for free. I will definitely have them do the work.

IT WENT AS IT ALWAYS DOES:
I CALL A DAY AHEAD AND MAKE A APPOINTMENT. TAKE MY CAR IN THE NEXT DAY AND WITHIN 90 MINUTES I'M DRIVING AWAY. THE SERVICE ADVISOR FRANK IS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO KLEEP THE CUSTOMER SATISIFIED. AND THE ACCOUNTANT ANA IS A BUBBLING JOY TO CHAT WITH WHILE GETTING THE PAYMENT TAKEN CARE OF.
NOT ENOUGH CAN BE SAID FOR THESE OUTSTANDING PEOPLE AT LOMPOC HONDA...

Current oil change was performed in the time frame they predicted. The "multipoint inspection" recommended " *front brake soon" for which turned out to be false when I went to the local Big Brand for a second opinion. The other recommended comments were addressed and serviced by my mechanic.
