General Remodeling
I've worked w/this contrator for over 7 years and up until this point things went well. This phase was much larger and I was disappointed at the length of time he took to complete - promised for Thanksgiving of 2009 and just finished in February. He was careless in some aspects of the work causing me to have to have things repaired (tile floor) or redone by another craftsman, and then was incredibly unprofessional in response to my complaint, including profanity. He's very good at many aspects of construction, but does not sub work out when he should, which is the crux of the problem. I have had to direct him to communicate w/ me through a third party at this point.
