A rat was banging around in my attic with a trap on his head. Phillip took care of the rat, cleaned out two more traps, reset traps, and made practical recommendations on next steps. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and just a nice guy. His prices were below that of other firms. I definitely will call again next time. Highly recommended.
