contractor owner who agreed to come out and provide estimate. As I had originally called early on a Friday evening, owner did not known whether he'd be able to make it out to my home on Saturday. That it most likely would be the following Monday before he made it out. I heard nothing further from the owner even after leaving phone messages the following Mon, Tues and Wed evenings. I have since found another electrician to perform needed work. However, if this contractor was too busy, or did not want my job he should have called me back and told me so. I wasted a week with him.
