They were able to find the tile and order for us. They have a huge selection.
We were running out of time and did not have time to order samples, we ordered based on website photos. When we saw it in person we were very pleased. Their turn around was very quick compared to other places.

I was at the end of a 12 month remodel and the kitchen backslpash was the final step.
We purchased a unique and quite expensive granite for our counters and it had a multitude of different colors and a lot of movement so it had become quite a challenge finding a backsplash material that worked. We went to at least 10 different tile shops to no avail.
I decided to check out Southwest Tile , we had used them for 2 bathrooms in 2001 but they had moved, and am happy I did.
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my receipt was about 30 min. They are professional, friendly, reasonable, and just a pleasure to work with.
Because of the type of stone, (slate) and at least 1 mistake of my own making, I had to go back 3 times to order more pencil. Each time they were quick and efficient with the order and delivery.I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for tile or stone.

I went to Southwestern Tile to look for subway tile for my bathroom remodel and ended up buying subway tile, floor tile, and a Cambria quartz countertop for my bathroom vanity. The store is very nice with a huge selection of tile, etc. , a good parking lot, and convenient hours (they are open on Saturdays). Jan was the first sales person to help me. Jan was just wonderful: very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to the store a couple of times before making my purchases and was helped by Kim as well since Jan only works on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Kim also was very nice and helpful as was Augustine, who helped schedule the countertop measure and installation. I really appreciated how they made the extra effort to schedule the countertop installation on a Saturday for me.

Overall, I am very happy with the service and products I purchased at Southwestern Tile and recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase tile or need to have a countertop made.

Henry at Southwestern Tile helped us with the selection. Juan did an excellent job in installing the tile. Juan was on time and cleaned up after the installation. All the tiles are perfectly aligned and the floor is level. I am very pleased with the job done and it looks wonderful.

WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. FIRST OF ALL THEY HAVE A FANTASTIC SHOWROOM THAT HELPED US SEE HOW THE TILE WOULD LOOK. THE SALESPERSON SPENT TIME HELPING US CREATE A DESIGN THAT PLEASED US. THE TILE WAS READY FOR PICK-UP ON THE DATE PROMISED. WE HAD A CONCERN ABOUT THE TINT OF SOME OF THE PIECES AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND TOOK THE PIECES BACK TO THE DISTRIBUTOR TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAD RECEIVED THE CORRECT COLOR.
