+ -1 moreI was charged $80.00 for the locksmith. I sent a copy of the locksmith's bill to Peninsula Interiors asking for reimbursement and received no response. This problem and cost could have been avoided if he would only have listened. If he wouldn't listen to a simple request, I shudder to think what I might have ended up with for window coverings!
Description of Work: The provider came to my home for a free estimate on window coverings. Before he could get started he said that he wanted to go to his car to retrieve another sample book. I told him that I would unlock the front door for him. He ignored me and started to unlock the door himself. He was struggling with the lock and I told him repeatedly to please let me unlock the door for him. He ignored me until he broke the key off in the lock. I asked him to leave and called a locksmith.
