Patterson Hardwood Floors

Bob is a craftsman, no question about it. He does great work, and takes pride in it. His price is in line with the competition, maybe even less. Our floors were 50 years old and looked like a herd of moose had trampled them. We were thinking of junking them. But Bob made them look like new, and took real care to mask all areas for the clouds of dust that result from such a job. His finishing work was immaculate, simply excellent. The only problem was that this was part one of a two-part job. Bob said he would do the same work to our cork floors in the den later in the month. Except that when we tried to contact him again via phone and email to set up a time, we left messages and got no response at all. He just dropped off the map. Finally, after two weeks we gave up and went with someone else. Part of me is mad that Bob went flaky, but part of me is worried if he's okay. Put it this way, if you can get Bob in your house to do the work, use him. But reaching him in the first place? That's another question entirely.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR WOOD FLOORS. THE MAPLE COLOR MAKES OUR HALLWAY AND ROOMS BRIGHTER & BIGGER. IT TOOK ABOUT FOUR DAYS BECAUSE THEY ALSO HAD TO REMOVE OUR EXISTING TILE.

BOB PATTERSON WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO US. HIS BUSINESS HAS A FAMILY OWNED FEELING. HE WAS ALWAYS PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
